1. No Refund Policy

At Immora Jewels, we do not offer monetary refunds. We only provide an exchange for products that meet our damage criteria. Once a purchase is made, it is final, subject to the exchange conditions listed below.

2. Conditions for Exchange

We only accept exchange requests under the following circumstance:

  • The product received is physically damaged or defective upon arrival.

Note: Minor variations in color or design due to photography lighting are not considered defects.

3. Mandatory Opening Video

To protect both the brand and the customer, a Package Opening Video is compulsory.

  • The video must be unedited, uncut, and clearly show the shipping label.

  • You must record the process of opening the parcel and inspecting the product for the first time.

  • Without a clear opening video, we will be unable to process any exchange requests.

4. How to Raise a Complaint

If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requirements: Please attach the package opening video and clear photos of the damage.

5. The Exchange Process

Once your request is received and the video is verified, we will guide you through the next steps:

  • If the exact item is in stock, we will ship a replacement.

  • If the item is out of stock, you may choose another item of the same value or receive a store credit for future use.
